The following five fruits are considered as some of the best fruits for their antiaging benefits and antioxidant properties.

Oranges

Vitamin C is found in abundance in oranges. Vitamin C boosts the immune system and protects against cell damage, aging and disease. Oranges are also a source of folate, fibre, potassium, and calcium, which is vital for bone health. They are also one of the fruits that are low on the glycaemic index, so they are a useful food for dieters.

Cherries

Cherries are one of the best fruit sources of antioxidants. Fruits rich in antioxidants are known to be good for our health, as antioxidants help protect our cells from damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are caused by exposure to the sun, airborne pollution, or chemicals, and they can lead to health problems like heart disease and cancer.
